As of now, thousands and thousands of onions, leeks, and shallots are already in the field and followed by salad greens, beets, carrots, parsnips, snap peas, kales, and fennels. This week our planting plans are to add more carrots, beets, and radishes-also transplant parsleys, tomatoes, and peppers into the field-lastly, direct seed green & yellow beans. ASPARAGUS is coming to an end and such a short life this year with the temperature rising so quickly, but our RHUBARB friend is still here for a bit longer!
