It has been a while! Our Fall is already here and the intense harvest is still going at the Farm. We plan to get our garlic planting done before the snow and hope we can.
Another thing to note. We just got a freshly cut beef (now all are in the freezer) from our butcher today, if anyone interested in our grass fed (grass-finished) beef and lamb for this Fall, please do let us know.
